Pilot Line Build
We configure one production line end-to-end in Odoo: BOM, routing, work center capacity, QC checkpoints and MES tablet interface. Operators test on a real production run in staging. We do not move forward until your QC manager and shift supervisor sign off that it reflects reality — not a textbook configuration.
Full Roll-Out
We scale the validated configuration to all lines, train each shift separately, and integrate your shop-floor machines via OPC-UA or MQTT where applicable. Your historical data — open work orders, BOM versions, lot history — is migrated with a validation script that checks every record before go-live.
