1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the aldensync.com website and the consulting services provided by AldenSync. By using our website or engaging our services, you accept these terms.
2. Services
AldenSync provides Odoo ERP consulting, implementation, customization, migration, and DevOps services. Specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are defined in dedicated service agreements signed with each client.
3. Quotes & Contracts
All engagements are subject to a written proposal and signed agreement. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
4. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms: 30% on signature, milestones during the project, balance on delivery. Net 30 days from invoice date. Late payments incur statutory interest.
5. Intellectual Property
Custom developments delivered to the client become the client's property upon full payment. AldenSync retains rights to its methodology, frameworks, and pre-existing tools.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties commit to keeping confidential all information shared during the engagement. NDAs are signed on request.
7. Liability
AldenSync's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client under the relevant agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as defined in the service agreement. Work performed and expenses incurred up to termination remain payable.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent French courts.
